Seattle Deli, Banh Mi Thit Nuong

When we go to China Town in Seattle or pretty much anywhere we like to pick up vietnamese sandwiches called banh mi. We usually get banh mi thit nuong which has barbequed pork , pickled carrots and jicama, cucumber, cilantro and a bit of jalepeno for heat (I usually take mine out) on a freshly toasted french bagquette. Other sandwiches have roasted chicken, ham, meatballs and even pate. Nick is enjoying his banh mi thit nuong outside of Seattle Deli. The sandwiches cost about $1.50 to $2.00. Some places even say buy 3 get 1 free! Little treat during our excursion up in Seattle. Be careful of the crumbs everywhere!
