Exercise Week 11: Intervals and Badger

Activity: Intervals on Hanford track, 2 x 400 (Warm up) 3 x 400 (set 1)  6 x 200 (set 2), 2 x 400, 2 x 200 (set 3) 1 x 400 (Cool off)
Distance: 3 Miles

Date:  Thursday, March 18, 2010
Activity: Help with the new addition to the Badger trail
Distance: ~ 2 Miles

I did a lot of digging and shoveling of dirt, but it was totally worth it.  Can’t wait to go on it when it is all finished.
