Banh Mi Thit Nuong
(Vietnamese BBQ Pork Sandwich)

Lemongrass BBQ Pork Marinade
4 stalks of pulverized lemon grass (prebought in the Asian grocery store)
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of fish sauce
Toasted sesame seeds
4 cloves of garlic chopped
Pork butt
Wet skewers

Let the pork marinate over night then skewer the meat on wet skewers to prevent from burning on the barbeque.

French bagquettes toasted
Cilantro
Sliced cucumber
Pickled carrots and daikon radish (3 parts water, 1 part vinegar, little bit of sugar marinate over night)
Sliced jalapeno
Mayonnaise
Soy Sauce
